FAQ

Is the Audit a sales pitch for the Build?
No. The four handoff options at delivery include “another vendor” and “DIY.” The Audit's value is the spec, the score, and the roadmap independent of who builds the workflow.
Money-back guarantee?
No standing guarantee. If the first 20 minutes of the kickoff make it clear your business isn't a fit, we refund and refer you elsewhere.
Can we do this without our co-owner on the calls?
The Audit works best when the person who'd say yes or no to a $15K Build is on at least the Day 5 walkthrough. If they can't be, we still deliver, but the recommendations are less actionable without their buy-in.
Are you building this with our actual client data?
No. The Audit is diagnostic, not a Build. We never touch live client data during the Audit. If we move to a Build, all client data work happens inside your systems with your security posture. We never store, transmit, or see client PII.
