Five business days. Three video calls (kickoff Tuesday, deep-dive Wednesday, delivery walkthrough the following Monday). You get a written audit report, a Loom walkthrough, and a one-page Exec Summary you can forward to your partner.
Includes a 0 to 50 score across 5 Indicators (People, Process, Data, Tools, Strategy), a prioritized roadmap of 5 to 8 workflows, and the first workflow scoped in build-ready detail.
2. Custom AI Build · $10,000 to $15,000
Four to eight weeks. Two ways to run it:
- Done-For-You:we build the automation, hand it over running, you focus on running the firm.
- Build-With-You(+10 to 20% premium): we build side-by-side with someone on your team in synchronous working sessions. They leave knowing how the system works and can extend it.

3. Ongoing AI Operations · $1,500 / month
Monitoring, maintenance, continuous improvement, quarterly strategy reviews. Cancel anytime. Most Build clients add Ops at launch.
